quarter with Cal Ripken, JR. on it and I think it is hand painted but I’m not sure. anyone know how much it is worth?

It is not a U.S. mint item and was done by a private company. Coin collectors consider it a damaged coin so it has no value there. It does to a baseball fan. Most items like this do not sell all that well on the secondary market. It is also hard to find a buyer, but with on line auctions one can have a buyer find you. Check out ebay and see if any are on it. That would be the best way.
