they are all commemorative but I’m very curious because they look pretty cool <3
the name of the "kuwait is free coin" is 1991 KUWAIT LIBERATION GOLD PROOF COIN
and I have no idea what the other one is...

According to this link, the first is worth about $590US, but I could not find the second. I hope that helps.
